general delivery info
We process orders from Dhaka, Bangladesh. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (BDT) are normally dispatched the same day. During peak periods (drops, holidays) processing may take slightly longer — we will always keep you informed.
Processing times
- Order handling: 0–2 business days (same-day dispatch for orders placed
before 2:00 PM, Dhaka time). - Peak season: allow an additional 1–3 business days.
Packaging
Your order is presented simply and with care: tissue wrap, a
recyclable polybag (or boxed for special items), and a small thank-you card. We
use discreet, recyclable packaging with no external branding when requested.
Domestic delivery (Bangladesh)
Estimated delivery times
- Dhaka (city): 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Outside Dhaka (rest of Bangladesh): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.
Recommended free-shipping policy (suggestion — adjust to your margin):
- Free standard shipping on domestic orders over BDT 3,000.
(If you want a different threshold, replace the amount above.)
Delivery notes
- Our delivery partners may require a signature on delivery. Contactless deliveries can be arranged on request — leave delivery instructions in the checkout notes.
- For deliveries to apartment buildings or offices, our courier may leave the package with reception if someone signs for it. BLANKSTATE is not liable for packages signed for by a third party at the delivery address.
- If no one is available, the courier will attempt re-delivery (usually up to 2 attempts). Packages uncollected after the courier’s final attempt may be returned to our warehouse — additional redelivery or return fees may apply.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
BLANKSTATE ships worldwide.
- Shipping terms: DDU — Delivery Duty Unpaid.
- Duties & taxes: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the checkout price and must be paid to release the parcel from customs.
- Transit times: typically 7–21 business days, subject to customs clearance and local courier performance.
- Undeliverable shipments: if a parcel is returned as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and any customs charges incurred.
Returns & exchanges — our promise
We want you to feel confident when you shop. If a piece doesn’t fit or doesn’t feel right, we will help.
Summary
- Free returns (Dhaka): within 7 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached.
- Returns outside Dhaka (Bangladesh): accepted within 14 days of delivery; customer covers return shipping unless the item is faulty.
- One-time size exchange: free within 14 days of delivery (Dhaka only). For outside Dhaka exchanges, the customer covers return shipping.
- Faulty or incorrect items: we cover return shipping and will replace the item or refund in full.
Important
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
- Sale items discounted 50% or more are final sale (non-returnable). Limited/numbered pieces may have special conditions — check the product page.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email returns@blankstate.co (or WhatsApp +88-01516546838) with: order number, item, reason, and clear photos (if faulty).
- We’ll reply within 48–72 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) and next steps. DO NOT send items before you have an RA.
- Pack the item securely and follow the shipping instructions provided. For Dhaka returns we will provide prepaid return labels only for faulty items or where specified.
- When we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund or begin the exchange.
Refunds & processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. Your bank may need additional days to post the refund to your account.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a BLANKSTATE error (faulty or incorrect item).
- Exchanges are processed as replacements once the returned item arrives and is confirmed to be in returnable condition.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item:
- Contact returns@blankstate.co immediately with photos and order details.
- We will arrange return shipping at our cost and send a replacement as soon as possible, or offer a full refund if preferred.
Pre-orders & limited runs
- Pre-orders: dispatch and delivery times are listed on each product. Pre-order items have a 14-day return window from the date you receive the item.
- Limited/numbered pieces: these are refundable unless the item is physically damaged after delivery. If you purchase a numbered item, we recommend checking the product page for any special terms.
Lost or signed-for parcels
If a parcel shows as delivered by the courier but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors, reception, or family first.
If still missing, contact support@blankstate.co and we’ll open an investigation with the courier. If proof shows the package was delivered to the correct address and signed for, the courier’s policy will apply. BLANKSTATE is not liable for parcels signed for by a third party at the delivery address
